When we think ‘projects’ we usually think of spreadsheets with a list of items and timelines or as series of milestone charts to keep track. This can often become confusing then there are a series of projects that need to be managed simultaneously each with their own set of activities, objectives and issues.

Ardent Clouds Solutions have come up with an innovative method of managing a series of projects all at the same time while keeping track of the actual project status as well as all the relative monthly info/ stats and reports that need to be managed.

What we do is set up all the projects in the system and then create a series of project undertakings against these projects. The project undertaking comprises of the following;

• A list of planned activities against the project that can be managed day to day
• A list of project objectives that can be set up against the activities
• A list of issues that are encountered during the lifecycle of the project.
• A grid of all the data, stats, and finance associated to the project.
• Documents, e mails drawings photos etc. are added to the project undertaking

All undertaking indicators, items follow the natural who, what, when, why and how process. Commonly known as the Plan Do Check Act cycle in SIGMA circles

Each project manager/ user can access all forms of reports regarding the status of each croup of projects or each specific project.

The system is live so all the necessary people can view the information, data as well as actions at any given time.
