Organisations need to manage conformance according to the Organisations own set of rules. Organisations conform to some type of ISO standard. A NCR mechanism ensures that the various non-conformances that arise are tracked and managed according to ISO rules. These non-conformances may include Customet Complaints, Supplier Complaints as well as various audit findings. The NCR manages the, who, what, when and why portion of a non-conformance. Corrections as well as corrective actions are managed in the process. The NCR capture form is template based ensuring that the reports generated are effective an give the organisation a clear indication on where to focus their efforts. The system shows all users the actual status of the NCR showing who is currently responsible and for what section of the tasks. The system notifies the people responsible as and when necessary ensuring that all users through the process are aware of what is taking place

Auditing is best practice approach for testing, checking and verifying that a standard is implemented within an organization in terms of compliance and managing risk. This includes Internal and External Audits as well as Verification Checklists. Audit Management is also about managing the auditors, scheduling, frequency, checklists, standards, SPC Samplings for swab-type checks and evidence (including photos/text). The results of an audit are the scoring, findings and corrections taken. Re-auditing on failure or low pass rates are also tracked.
