Sales Management covers the mechanisms to manage Sales Deals and raise Sales Orders, either against a customer or for internal movement of stock between warehouses/sites.

The Sales Deals allow for a mechanism to manage customer orders over an extended period of time by allowing for the control of quoted versus approved pricing as well as quantities ordered. The Sales Deal Template mechanism allows for baskets of products as well as location based deliveries to be allocated against the customer. The Sales Order allows for tracking of its life cycle, including Quoting (Planning), Delivery Planning, and Delivery. Multi-Currency is supported. Integration into finance systems for importation, exportation, and synchronization is supported.

Sales deal are a way for an organization to record, track and approves sale expected to be delivered over a month or so time period. This included the quoted and approved prices and quantities. It also deals the Scheduling of the Sales Orders to be dispatched of the days in the month. The customer pricing and changes in pricing each month are catered for.
