Lab Management
Provides capability to standardize and manage sampling specifications across pieces of testing equipment, sites, products, and customer requirements with detailed indicator trending and reporting.
|
The SPC Samples Solutions focuses on the Sampling side of the Lab with integration into Batch Management and Grading on Receiving. The SPC Samplings allow for the standardization of specifications across indicators used and captured as part of the sample process. The Samplings allow for aggregation of indicators across multiple sets of equipment and allow for allocation of sites, locations, customers, suppliers, and specialized additional information. Support for COC/COA (Certificate of Conformance/Certificate of Acceptance) in terms of Batch Allocation, Customer Allocation, Indicators, and Acceptability Scoring are provided with the end-user reporting. Trending on Indicators as well as Status Reports on the Lab Sampling Process are provided. Dash-boarding and Graphing are included.

SPC (Statistical Process Control
Lab Management
-
|
Lab Management system utilises a process called SPC (Statistical Process Control) to apply a statistical mechanism to Lab Samples’ Indicators to provide trending and reporting of values captured.
SPC is a method of quality control which uses statistical methods. SPC is applied in order to monitor and control a process. Monitoring and controlling the process ensures that it operates at its full potential.
At its full potential, the process can make as much “conforming product” (product meeting specifications) as possible with a minimum (if not an elimination) of waste (rework or scrap). SPC can be applied to any process where the conforming product’s output can be measured.
